Unleashed Services charged me $600.00 for a Hawaii vacation package on OCT 11th. They never sent me a confirmation email that I gave them my info and purchased a trip the day they said they would. They tell me if I need to cancel I have to within 72 hrs of the trip purchase. Then I call back the next day to find out about canceling and they were rude, told me I could speak with customer service, whom was rude and short as well. They told me to send a cancelation email to [email protected]. I sent them a cancelation email on Friday at 5:57 within the 72 hr cancelation time. They emailed me on Monday morning saying that they will not refund the money and it is passed the date. I am now filing a fraud charge against them with my bank as well as filing a complaint with the BBB.
