I ordered a dress for £94, dress does not suit me so need to return it, have been e-mailing company for the last 3 days but still cannot get a return address from them, all I keep getting is e-mails asking me to send a picture of the dress so they can see what the problem is even though I have told them 3 times the colour and style does not suit me, they have also offered me £20 compensation but still no address or offer of full refund. According to them I have 15 days to return it.
Which they are stopping mefrom doing. I think this is a scam. Can I do anything about it.
