I purchased an X5 Mop from Thane Direct Uk. They gave my debit card details
to Classicliving poundsaver. Without my concent. I received data from them Classicliving poundsaver asking me to take out
a membership, which I declined, I phoned the company the lady I spoke to assured me the problem would be recetified. Then, I received my debit card statement. Money had been removed from my account, it was not a great deal of money, I am not bothered about a refund I am just worried that they keep taking the money from my account and that if they get away with it they may increase the amount. I emailed them the email was rejected and sent back to me. I wrote to them got no answer. I phoned my Debit Card company to stop the payment they said I would have to wait 15days before they could intervene on my behalf. I am no sure the address will be any help, as, I looked them up on my laptop today and they have lots of complaints, and they seem to move around a lot. If I closed my account would that stop them taking the money out. I get my next statement 22/10.
