Had problem with my magic jack internet phone not working, when on online and looked up technical for Magic Jack the site referred me to Technical Support Today, I ask them was they associated with Magic Jack, the person said yes, from their it was basically all a lie about my computer being infected, and I was lucky I contacted them, because my computer was 80% infected with viruses, but they can make it like new it needs new programs installed and updated and the Norton Security software removed because it was causing a problem and was infected. They took over my computer with a program called www.logmein123.com, they would not take my credit card said they need to do transaction with an electronic check, as for my routing number, and bank account, did the deduction then used standard software to check for errors and etc. They struggled to make things happen, took a long time putting me on hold, then coming back and telling me to now see if the magic jack was alright, they could never fix it, and said give it 12 hours and it will work like new, I think they just did a recovery and etc, because I never had any other problems than my magic jack, which still is not working, doing the same thing as when I called them. I went on line and then found out they had been reported as a sham. Will call my bank first thing Monday morning, do you have any other suggestions?
