I just wanted to tell everyone I received a email from Attorney Robert Howard stating that this lady named Rachel Willlams was dieing of cancer and she need someone to take over her will in the amount of ten million dollars. Well as I started to look in to it more I came across these other complaints on this website. I found that it was fake and what they were saying wasn't real. I thank God for allowing me to research the situation instead following the devils way. I can honestly say that I haven't given them any money or any information. Thanks!
