PacificAdvances retrieved 30.00 from my checking account with no authorization. I called them to find out who they were and told them that I never applied for a loan with them and they would continue to repeat that I have been pre-apporved for a cash loan and that if I don't receive the loan amount in 30 days to call back and they would reimburse me the $30. I told them I never applied and to reimburse now for those $30 and the only thing they would say is that they will apply the $30 towards the interest of the loan and send me a voucher of $100 for gas... I continued to ask for a manager which they never allowed me to speak to because no manager exist so they would hang up on me... I had to go to my bank and block my accounts. I am reporting them to BBB. This is insane...
