I ordered and paid for a double din car radio model LS-7001 but instead I received a used/scrap power window regulator.
The sales agent that I dealt with, Sam, won't reply to my emails anymore. I also contacted company official site but still no answer. Somebody frim China called their numbers but there's no answer.
Please advise if there is anything else I could try in order to either receive the right product I ordered or to get my money back.
