Ordered a set of no name Android tablets from "Kongteck", in "Shenzhen", and paid for shipment by DHL. It took them a few days to send me a tracking number, but that turned out to be for China Post. No sign of it, and nobody answering phones or responding to emails. Web searches indicate that this is a newly registered site (www.kongteck.com), and probably a fraud. Wired money by Western Union, to a person called Wei Chu Chen, with a WU account in Shenzhen, Guangdong... I buy loads of stuff from China, and fraud is rare in my experience, and it is really a pity that people like this destroy an industry. How do I get my money back?
