I live in florida and receive pain meds from a ligitimate pain clinic and have been filling my meds with walgreens for 6 months and last time I went to at least 20 walgreens and was told they were out of stock or because I live 45 minutes away from my doctor they cannot fill out of town scripts, this is very unfair not to mention most didnt even check to see if they had the medicine in stock and on top of that was treated like a criminal I was just about out of meds and even begged them to fill them they turned me away, if I have a legal perscription and they have the medicine why cant they just fill it. I live with chronic pain and have to run from pharmacy to pharmacy and eventually had to pay 400.00 for a perscription a usually pay 100.00. This is nothing but discrimination and walgreen should be ashamed of themselves a nation wide pharmacy should fill scripts no matter where you live as long as it is a legal and verifiable perscription.
