After seeing a TV ad for this company who advertised home loan modifications, I contacted them for assistance in obtaining a mortgage loan modification. They required a retainer fee of $1450 which I paid and they were to work with the bank holding my loan to get me a modification to make my mortgage more affordable; however, in July my home was sold at a Sheriff's sale and I lost my home to foreclosure in January.
