A sofa purchased in November has MAJOR discolations/fading of the red fabric. The back right pllow constantly pulls/puckers in the corner. A technician took pictures and, after a week, the decision rendered was that there are no defects with the sofa. It looks as though I spilled something on the arm. I am 60 years old and childless. I live with my 88 year old father. Trust me, I spilled nothing on the sofa. How could anyone render a final decision based on pictures? To me, a shine on a fabric (not meant to shine) is indicitive of wear and tear. I was told by the woman who told mme that wear and tear is normal. What will this sofa look like in 2 years, if it looks this way now?
