Got the same letter... Was about to pay but did not seem legit. No Phone #, nor real physical address... What gov't agency will only have a PO box. Googled it and found out was scam.
So I printed a fake check online. Wrote it out for $218 - no account #, no address... Pay to the order of "Annual Business Fraud"... The memo "this check is as real as your letter" signed "F* You"
