I saw an add for a free sample and received same and if not happy had to contact them with 30 days and I could keep the product an not get charged... I cancelled same on 28th September and was charged on 2/10. On the first email I sent cancelling the product I received an automated email stating that someone would contact me within the next few days... But no one has and I have since sent numerous emails but no answer, I tried ringing the 1800 number for Australia and a record message said that the number was disconnected... Can you help?
