This Is the letter I wrote to the company with no response or refund.
I have just opened and received a Ultimate Gspot Hummer. Transaction ID: 55P55861tw201945d. I opened the package up to find the box ripped also noticing the plastic had been pealed back and reapplied! Then when I looked further I noticed a disgusting white substance left at the base of the vibrator that could be scratched off! Not to mention I even put batteries in it and it doesn't work! I also never received the promised Silver Waterproof Bullet Massager that your order sheet says was in the package! I am extremely offended and will be forced to pursue this if matters are not handled with proper customer service. I have attempted to contact all of your listed emails with none of them properly working, each with attached pictures documenting what the vibrator looked like on receipt.in this package is the exact merchandise I received and will be awaiting your response for an explanation and a proper refund. I am expecting your website promotion of a 100% guaranteed satisfaction.
