At the end of August, my husband filled out their form to sell our old cell phones (5 in total). Took three weeks to get the box after being told they sent three of them. We sent the phones back the following business day. The acknowledged receipt on Sept. 19th. Supposedly check was mailed Sept. 26th. Despite trying to call them and email them, we have received nothing, nor have we received a response to any of the emails we have sent. The customer service line is only a voicemail because all their "representatives" are "assisting other customers. They stole out phone (3 HTC Inspires, 1 Blackberry Curve, and a Samsung Windows phone) and refuse to send us our money. Filing a complaint with the BBB after this and our attorney is pursuing fraud, theft, and breach of contract charges against them.
