I got the mattress, it was not satisfactory, returned per their instructions, (guaranteed on line and telephone, email, conversations. Now they will not refund, saying they were not paid by Google Wallet for the original purchase. They charged me long before I got the mattress. (Charged April, 17 and I did not get the mattress until June 2. I had my credit card hold up payment. Then I got the matress and had my credit card take the payment directly out of my checking account, (June17) which was sent to Google Wallet. Mattress was lovely and I wanted to keep it, but it was toxic to me. Then in Sept 17 they received the mattress back per their instructions, and now they are saying the charge back was my refund, and they have not had any payment since. I have sent them a copy of my checking account showing payment deducted. I have kept paper trail, involving a lot of emails, invoices, etc. Please contact this compay.
