Poor service from corporate - Chicken and side orders

I had a bad experience at one of your San Antonio outlets. It was a newly opened store. We decided to give it a try instead of the Bush Chicken across the street. We waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. We ordered 2ea 3pc chicken dinners. When we got to our destination, we see that drinks should have been included, but we did not receive any. We also found that the 2ea dinners were only 2pc but we were charged for 3pc. When I tried to call the location, the phone # on the receipt was the fax line. I called the 1-877# and was on hold for 28 minutes. Then the phone clicked and went to a busy signal. So angry, I was going to speak to someone, but the store is to far for me to go back immediately. I called again and after only 22 minutes, someone answered and took all info. This was Saturday night so I didn't expect anyone to call untin Mon or Tue. On Thursday I still had not heard from anyone, so I called back to the 1-877# since the fax line was still active at the store. Here it is on Tuesday, now 11 days from the incident and still no call from anyone. I see why the local store dosn't care, since no one else does either. Will never return to any of Popeye's stores.
