I have purchased software "UpDateMyDrivers" from www.Smarttweak.net with a 30 day guaranteed money back. The program says that it will update and install drivers, when I ran the program it did not do this and I asked for a refund, the company refuses to refund my money. I have contacted them over 10 times explaing to them that there program does not do what it says, but they keep fobbing me of. I have all the emails regarding this matter.
