Downloaded software UpdateMyDrivers on 9th understanding there would be £6.52 charge.
When bill arrived found my account had been debited with a further £6.52 charge and an amount of £2.60 for taxes!
The software failed to find the required drivers.
A month later a further subscription charge of £7.82 appeared.
A total of $36.66
Complaint submitted and refund requested but no refund received.
