I ordered a Canon camera on 9/27. The price was the lowest I had ever seen and they stated on the website that it was in stock. The next day, I received an email stating that I needed to call the company to confirm my order. (I've never had to do that with any other company) I called and they stated they needed my security code on my card. I gave them that and then he tried to sell me an expensive battery for the camera. I declined. A few days later, I went in to track my package and the tracking indicated it was still processing. Yesterday, I still hadn't received my camera, and the tracking still indicated processing. I attempted to call repeatedly throughout the day (this was on Tues) and the automated message said they were closed. It didn't give any regular business hours so I would know when to call. I attempted an email and it returned to me as undeliverable. I attempted another email and today called again. The said the camera was on backorder for 2 more weeks. They said they had sent me an email stating that. They didn't! I cancelled my order. After reading some of these complaints, I think they are more into selling batteries than the products they list.
