I completely regret doing business with this law firm! I was in an accident and saw an advertisement on television for Kanner & Pintaluga so I decided to call them for representation. I truly regret having them as my attorney's. Kevin Sobel is the lawyer at the firm that is working my case (not really). He does not return calls and his assistant or whatever she is, Samantha Pentegrast is extremely rude to me. She has hung up on me several times, inadequately doing her job and has financial strained me to no degree. I am probably heading towards bankruptcy because I am unable to pay the bills that I have due to the settlement I have not received.
Kevin Sobel has been holding my check and only will give it to me when he is good and ready. My case is in Georgia and I found out that they do not have an actually office, just an address they are using. I have gotten charged for a doctor's visit that I never saw the doctor for. I was asked what I wanted to do with this case over and over and repeatedly I said to settle it.
This law firm is incapable of doing a good job. They do not care about their clients needs and should not be allowed to practice law in any state! I called Kanner & Pintaluga to notify them referencing their terrible lawyer they have working for them, Kevin Sobel and no calls we returned.
When I told Mr. Sobel that I am filing a complaint with the State Bar, he replied they will not do anything to him but ask him a few questions. I also plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the way this unethical law firm, Kanner & Pintaluga. The medical doctors that Kevin Sobel told me to go to over charged me tremendously! Kevin Sobel acts like I work for him not he works for me. He seems to not be worried about having any consequences for his actions. I truly hope the Georgia State Bar disbars him! He already told me that he will keep my money until I do things his way!
I am now seeking advice from another attorney that I was referred to about this situation. I have also made sure that ever letter I have sent these "law firm"- Kanner & Pintaluga, is certified with return & receipt.
I hope no one else has to go through any of the pain and suffering that I have gone through both emotionally and financially!
