I am victim of abusive collection practices. I received a call from valerie on 11/9, she left a voicemail on my number. She stated such volgar and obscene language that i forwarded the message to my attorney. The firm recorded a copy of it for their records. If she could of wished me in the ground without getting in trouble for that actual threat, i feel she would of. I fear for my life. I have filed a restraint against the company. Not only that i have contacted fox26, and made a complaint to both the bbb and state attorney generals office. The voicemail has been forwarded to everyone that i have spoken with since the incident originally happen. I feel that this woman is stalking me. Not to mention what happen today. I ironically received a text from a phone number that my attorney is getting now getting the subpoena for. Stating very ungly things. Once i received the text of course i contacted my law firm and she stated she had just spoke with the manager of cmc not long ago. They are aware of the issues i have presented to the law firm but are unaware of the severity of this all. I have been threated and feel that my life is endanger. I know there are more victimes out there. Regardless of the circumstance behind the original issue, which is trying to collect the vehicle. No one has the right to call anyone on their personal vm and leave such disturbing messages. I am seeking justice. I dont wish this on no one and hopefully it will never happen to anyone again.
