Today arrived on my bank statement the amount of 116 dollars charged to regal ecigs. I checked that i didnt want the refill, plus i didnt believe i would be charged this amount. I believe that this is indeed a scam. My roommate and myself purchased this online at the same time and were both charged. Now we both have to change our accounts and make calls to have this scam removed. Hope this will help others out.
