I ORDERED online, they never sent the product, i called them and they said yes they did, but i never recieved it, they said too bad, so after speaking to 3 different rude peoplealaina #2683 lee#2222 and kevin #3651 i was suposivly credited 1/2 of the $119.95 they didnt say anything about the $4.95 shipping "nothing was shipped, and they then tell me they sent refill cartrages "with out me ordering"! And i now have to pay 69.99 for those, i said no i didnt want them!!! So the man tells me i have to pay a restock fee of 20% "retard" i didnt get them yet and dont want them you charged me for a cig i didnt get what am i supose to smoke these cartriges with spoods and a lighter? Everyone i spoke to was like a recording, did not want to help or refund my credit card. This is a scam dont order from these people. They continue to charge me, and i dont get anything
