I had a call all those months ago and an Indian lady convinced me my laptop was full of viruses. I was put through to Austin Wells who checked over my laptop using the online assistance. I paid £500 to purchase a package that secured online help whenever I needed it for 8years.
Now that I need asistance no-one is picking up the phone and there is just an answer phone message. Their website is still accessible and have rung about 10 times in the past week. Now Im beginning to feel Ive been well and truly scammed. I can get hold of my online receipts for these purchases. Hopefully I may get my money back but it seems unlikely at the moment. Do you have any ideas?
