Was contacted by Amy Guffey of Wells Fargo, did preliminary credit application over phone. Within a week my job was eliminated and this information was known to Austin and Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo unable to grant credit.
Austin Home Builders states that Amy Guffey of Wells Fargo approved loan application, gave Austin letter of credit approval.
Austin refuses to refund 1563.00 deposit and refuses to provide copy of said letter.
Wells Fargo denies credit approval letter and provided me letter of credit denial.
