I am a Hillsborough resident living in the North Tampa community and thought I have seen it all. My company is trying to decide on which engineer company to complete some side jobs and a big corporate job starting in November. However, I have completed some reference checks and backgrounds and have found numerous faults with the Jacobs Engineering firm. An employee is under investigation - James D. Austin of rape and has lost custody of his son for years. I am shocked that this company has hired him after his last employer fired him due to laziness and retardation.
