I had signed up on this site last month for one month only. I thought I would give it a try since they were offering one month for $14.99. First problem was they charged my card $18.99. There is no customer service info to get help. Then I tried to access the site and for the next 2 hours every time I tried to do a search, it would not let me. I then went into my account to cancel and I saw that I had to send an email to cancel so I did that and then clicked on "do not renew" and "do not auto pay". Then today they charged my account $19.99 for another month!!! As of today I have not heard back from anyone and there number is disconnted! This is a scam.
