I purchased a trial order of their Testosterone supplement on Wednesday, September 19. I was told by the agent on the phone that I would have between 14 and 21 days to cancel any further orders of the product before the next shipment was sent out. I called their customer service number at 877-665-7056 today Monday, October 8, (19 days from my first order) to cancel and was told that the next shipment had been sent out and I had already been billed. I could return the shipment when I got it but I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I was told that the early shipment doesn't happen that often but in my case it was. I had the option of keeping the new shipment for a reduced fee of $59, or pay the 15% restocking fee. The agent on the phone "A.J." couldn't give me an answer.
