I was having problems with my Dell computers software. I went to Dells web page and was directed to Techlogicx Solution tech person. I thought I was dealing with Dell. They would work on my computer for $199.99 a two contract. So I had to sign up. They worked on my computer several times but could not resolve the problem. I took it to Best Buy and they fixed it. Then Saturday October 6 a tech called me from Techlogicx Solutions and told me they were montioring my computer and they saw a virus and that my computer was going to crash in 9 days and could they access my computer and clean it. I said ok and then they said you need Microsoft Security to protect your computer and its $399.99. I told them that I had Mcafee and I could not afford $399.99. The tech (Ryan) got so mad, he said he would try to get rid of the virus, but instead he deleted all my picture and documents. Not only did he delete them he deleted my backup copies and then deleted every one of the items that could have helped me recover them. I had to pay another company to fix my software again from what he had done. The tech from the other company told me this was a scam. Because Ryan had deleted all the backups my pictures are gone forever and so are my documents. I Called this company, but they always say someone will call you back but they never do. These guys are scams and crooks and liars.
