I did not authorize this charge. It went through my bank as an electronic check stating I authorized the charge. The charge was for $99.49. I checked with my bank and they are completing the necessary forms for fraudulent activity. I did a quick internet search and discovered this company has made similar charges to other people without authorization / Premier Membership Club's number is listed as 818-380-3710.
