Placed an order for a trial of vitalzye and sylk mousturiser for wrinkle reduction on the 30th of September. It is now the 8th of october and I have still not received the product.
Although i have not received the product almost 2 weeks later the company still charged me for the product.
They cannot ensure the product reaches the customer, but they can ensure they take the payment as soon as possible.
Utterly disgusted with the company!
No-where on the website is any contact details for you to call them and request a refund.
