Neil from B&D Rockeries was called back out after a city employee came and inspected the driveway. The city employee had said that the man hole that was covered up needed to be exposed. I contacted Neil and he came out with his crew. He raised the man hole and did not have the driveway level in that section. I told Neil that was not acceptable and we drive over it everyday and it needed to be level with the driveway. He fixed the problem however when he fixed it he used untreated wood (this is out in the weather at all times). The wood will rot over time. A neighbor had come over and talked with Neil who told him this was a temporary fix and he would be back in two weeks to fix it permenately. Neil signed a note that said he would be back on or before 8/17. Neil did not show up and I called him. He would not answer any of our phone calls. Finally I got to speak with him and was told he would be out the following week (to this day we have not seen or heard anything from him). We were also told before he started the work that a vehicle would be able to park the cars straight in and the ends of the cars would not stick out in the driveway (cars do not fit in driveway). I have given Neil seveal attempts to come and fix this problem with no success. The work was started on March 24 and has a one year guarantee and he does not stand behind his guarantee. He will not pick up any of our phone calls because he recognizes my home, Cell and husbands cell numbers.
