Having ordered a free sample of cream around the beginning of July, I was astounded to find that my credit card had been charged twice, once on 21/7 and again on 20/8 for £88.00 each time for items not requested by me.
I had only authorized the company to take £2.99 for postage and certainly did not sign anything to say they could charge me the full amount before I had even received the second so called sample to try.
