Fedex is horrible. I ask to have a package pick up since no one was home to wait for the deliveryman.information is inconsistent and sales people have lack of knowledge and respect.in addition, they are rude and nonhelpful. The fedex office on East Houston st. Have the worst assistant manager and sales rep.
