Worst experience of my life. Ruined my hair, my $135 hair extensions, and my layers look horrid. I even contacted upper-management, Kim Barry, and she apologized but that does not fix my hair extensions. Heather, the manager, of Fantastic Sams in Creve Coeur, is the worst, rude hair stylist I've ever been to. *never go here*
