Worst customer service experience I've ever had, after purchasing a large amount of products in a short period of time I was refused store credit for a defective computer game that was supposed to be brand new, basically robbed of 50 dollars while managers stood by with total apathy - Never shopping at Fry's again
Computer salesmen also gave me wrong information about AppleTV, fabricating descriptions of functions that are not included out of ignorance of the product when a simple "I don't know" would have served me better.
