I have been locked out of the course due to an expiration date. While it is a bit of negligence on my part, I had gotten to section 4 and was suddenly locked out. NO WHERE in the IPIRP contract does it state that the course must be paid for TWICE if it has expired, only that you have 30 days to complete it, which also is not listed as a requirement of validation. When I log into my account it simply says "You no longer have access to this course. It expired on 10/4." I am currently awaiting a reply from the costumer support via email, and will call promptly in the morning, to see if I can somehow retake the entire course or at the very LEAST receive a refund.
