I hired a vehicle from them in mid August. When returning the vehicle in mint condition, they said deposit of £500 would be back in my account within 48 hours. When they did not do this, we called many many times. Eventually they returned £250. At this point I totally lost it. I called so many times, they recognised my voice! Every 10 minutes, literally, I called and asked why it wasn't in my account yet. THey made up all sorts of excuses until I threatened with my lawyer if it wasn't in my account by 5pm that day. |Funnily enough, it was there!

Now, two weeks later, I saw on my credit card, they took out an additional £946, despite me being explicitly told that they no longer have my details. I have tried calling them SIXTY THREE times this morning, but it either rings off, or it is engaged!!! I have reported them to credit card etc, but it is just very frustrating. Have they really gone bust???
