I edwin p. Konicki, was told I won a $450,000.00 second place payout. To claim this money I was told to submit in cash $900.00 via western union to an adress located, insan jose costa rica. The name of the person, Iwastold to send it to was a person named Jarvier Rojas Hernandes.@ U.S. Embasy drive.
