Scammed $1,490.00 access fees for rental of timeshare property. Steven Giles and Leah Jennings promised return of 10-week rental fees over 30 to 180 days. No contact by CCTN until I was able to get a call back from "Lillian" on 7/17. She indicated that since Steven and Leah were no longer with CCTN, she would put my property on a priority list for rental. On 7/25, Christina Cruze called and indicated that she had my account and would work to get it rented (Eastern Executive Property Funding acct #24-SR-62985123-0), but needed $1,975.12 for Florida taxes to be able to process. She recommended that I call CCTN and demand a refund, which they were legally oblicated to do since they did not rent my timeshare property. I would not pay any more money and Christina has not returned my voice mails.ccTN tele # had a telephone company recording from 7/30 until 8/21 indicating "# cannot receive calls @ this time; try later." On 8/21 was able to leave message; no call backs have been received.
