I ordered a camera from AJ Richies, back in March. Like everyone else has stated, they had me call back to upsell me... Well it worked. I received the camera and accessories, only to find out this camera was not new as promised. It had chips in the corner of it and the memory call they sold me with it, didnt even work. I returned this item, waited a month and received nothing back. I called them and they told me that it was out of stock and they would be sending one the following week. Guess what... Never got it. Called them again towards the end of June and they stated they would send a check for the refund amount. Waited another month and guess what... No check. I called them again and they said that they sent the check and until they receive it back they would not issue another refund. I have talked to them since then and they state that they are going to put it in my PayPal account... Guess what... Never happened. I have called these people a good 50 times and I can get a hold of them in less than half the attempts. This place needs to be shut down.
