That is what is on my online reciept, they said they could speed up pc, clean viruses, all bull! I kept getting calls to give them more personel info, wanted to keep takeing control of my pc, finely they crashed it, i had to call dell and pay them $199.00 to send new cd and they had to reprogram my pc, im still haveing problems, so my total loss with them is over$333.26 and some tax. I wish i could get my hands on them! Better yet my moneyes back!
