Treating paying customers like dirt

I first met together in July and was informed that I really could recycle my pre existing screen-door.in August, they arrived due to their FIRST installment and explained they couldn't recycle it and so I had a need to buy among THEIRS from Loweis... Plus they had a need to finish off some artwork. They advised me they might contact me.

Three months later... Three weeks. I'd to contact them-and they explained that I really could just have them directly into complete their function over the following 14 days. I named the organization and questioned what might be completed with my statement due to the trouble of getting this incomplete and resting in the centre of my audio business. They stated that they might reduce my statement by $150.

Per week later, these were LASTLY ready in the future in and complete their function. It was today four weeks in the initial installation time. I named to check out on the $150 off due to my trouble plus they are LAYING and stating they

1) never stated that I really could recycle the pre existing doorway

2) set the issue and nothing was incorrect

Therefore, I would like to review... They lay to obtain the purchase after which they understand an installing of over per month "regular business practices".
