I recently ordered a free trial of Ivory White on-line and cancelled it the same evening, so I thought. A couple of weeks later, I received the free samples with no invoice. On September 24 I received my credit card bill and found that I had been charged 1.03,3.87,78.41 USD. I notified the company and was told that it was past the 30 days and that I could not return the product for a refund, even though I did not have the product that long. I also got confirmation that I cancelled the product, which I had to redo on September 28. I am so dissatisfied with their customer service and wish to get a refund for this amount, I am willing to return the product to the company. Thanks
