Over-charged my wife her insurance co-pay by $150.50. Office never contacted us about the blunder and collected money from both my wife and the insurance company. When contacted, following a random call-in to the insurance company, Coast Dental admitted to the excessive charge and promised a refund. Since early July, Coast Dental has been changing refund date when time approaches. It was initially a 6-8 week process, then went to 8-12 week, now it's 12-15 week process.
