When I First Purchased the suv back in 2011 I took the suv back after about a week because something was wrong with it I was told that it was under warrenty and everything wrong with it that is under warrenty would be taken care of. A few months later I again had to take the suv in for repairs I was then charged 1102.00 for repairs they said that the did on the suv on 10/1 I had another shop to look over the suv becasuse it will need to be inspected in couple of months this shop then told me that the repairs that the auto connection said they did when the suv was under warrenty was never done and even After the Auto connection charged me for the work this other shop said that this work was still not done on the suv The Auto Connection has the worst customer services skills that I have ever seen!!! I Just want my money back
