Got the message this am, went home and followed the instructions until I couldn't get any further. The process just froze. I didn't leave any financial numbers or info, just telephone/internet adress.
When the call came in my son was in the car on the way to school and immediately said "Oh, that's just a scam." out of the mouth of babes.
