I sent an email, just like their garantee said, to cancel my membership on 3/6. They went ahead and charged me on the 8th anyway. I have been arguing with them. Last month the girl told me I would get a refund, only to let me know the next day that she couldn't do it because it was an old charge and their system wouldn't let them do it.
