There was an agreement to sell my Condo in Pompano Beach, Fl for $20,000. Mr Alan Carter stated I had to pay an upfront fee of $2000 for be reimburse upon the sale of the condo. I wired from my bank $2000 on 08/1. I have been trying to contact him with no luck. The phone and e-mail are no longer working.
I was contacted by Steve Vitale at propertymanagement21.com on 07/15 to see if I wanted to sell the condo. They are located at 2028 4th Ave North Birmingham, Alabama 35203 and was refer to Mr. Carter as he was representing the buyer.
Now the phones and e-mail for property management 21 are no longer working.
